Advertisement Policy

At THINKTARA GLOBAL, our advertising strategies are designed to deliver ethical, high-precision, and performance-driven B2B marketing results. As a specialized lead generation and demand acceleration firm, we create, manage, and distribute targeted advertisements across various digital and direct marketing channels — including email, telemarketing, content syndication, and social platforms — on behalf of our clients. This Advertisement Policy outlines the principles, responsibilities, and limitations that govern all advertising-related activities carried out by THINKTARA GLOBAL, whether on our own behalf or on behalf of clients and partners. Our commitment is to maintain transparency, legal compliance, and brand integrity across all campaigns.

1. Scope of Advertising Services

Our advertising services include:

  • Email campaigns (content syndication, newsletter distributions)
  • Telephonic outreach (scripted campaigns aligned with client messaging)
  • Social media promotions and paid content placements
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting and display campaigns
  • Intent-based and lookalike audience campaigns
  • Sponsored B2B content placements and digital lead magnets

All advertising content is executed as part of custom campaigns, tailored to each client’s goals, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and approved scope of work.

2. Content Ownership and Approval

  • All advertising content (emailers, scripts, messaging, creatives, etc.) may be:
    • Created by THINKTARA GLOBAL’s in-house team, or
    • Supplied/approved by the client prior to distribution.
  • No advertising material will be distributed without prior review and consent from the client unless pre-authorized under a master service agreement.
  • Clients retain ownership of their proprietary content. THINKTARA GLOBAL maintains the right to reject or revise content that:
    • Violates applicable advertising or privacy laws
    • Contains misleading, discriminatory, or offensive claims
    • May harm our reputation or violate platform policies

3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

All advertisements, communications, and campaigns run by THINKTARA GLOBAL are subject to and compliant with the laws and advertising standards of the jurisdictions in which they are distributed, including but not limited to:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – EU)
  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act – USA)
  • PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act – Canada)
  • India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act
  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act – USA)

We do not engage in unsolicited advertising or “spam” communications. Consent-based and intent-driven outreach is a foundational element of our advertising ethics.

4. Transparency and Targeting Integrity

We ensure:

  • Transparent audience targeting (based on defined industry, title, company size, and region)
  • No use of deceptive subject lines, false claims, or clickbait content
  • Strict adherence to suppression lists, opt-out requests, and contact preferences

Audience data used for targeting is either:

  • Collected directly through consent-based engagement, or
  • Acquired through verified, privacy-compliant B2B data sources

5. Third-Party Platforms and Channels

When advertisements are placed on third-party platforms (e.g., social media, publishers, B2B databases):

  • We follow all platform-specific guidelines and community standards
  • THINKTARA GLOBAL is not responsible for ad display outcomes, downtime, or changes made by external platforms beyond our control

We maintain contracts or publisher agreements where applicable and ensure fair usage and attribution for every third-party asset used.

6. No Endorsement or Guarantee

THINKTARA GLOBAL does not guarantee:

  • Conversions or business outcomes beyond lead generation metrics
  • Endorsement or affiliation with the platforms or prospects targeted through advertising
  • That every campaign will produce uniform results, as performance may vary by industry, audience, and timing

We do, however, strive to continuously optimize campaigns for the highest possible ROI based on client feedback and campaign data.

7. Misuse and Reporting

If you receive any communication or advertisement claiming to be from THINKTARA GLOBAL that appears deceptive, inappropriate, or unsolicited, please report it to sales@thinktaraglobal.com immediately for investigation.

We take misuse, brand impersonation, and unethical outreach very seriously and will take prompt action to protect both our reputation and client trust.

8. Governing Law

This Advertisement Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or related to our advertising practices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Policy Updates

THINKTARA GLOBAL may revise this Advertisement Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal regulations, advertising standards, or internal practices. Any updates will be posted on our official website, with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our advertising services or approval of campaigns post-update implies your acceptance of the latest policy terms.
