This Advertising & Communications Policy explains how ThinkTara Global Private Limited conducts its own marketing and outreach activities, how it handles advertising on its Website, and the standards it applies to all outbound communications. It is relevant to all visitors to thinktaraglobal.com and to all parties who receive communications from the Company.

1. ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE

ThinkTara Global does not display third-party advertising on thinktaraglobal.com. The Website contains no paid advertisements, sponsored content, display advertising, programmatic ad placements, or affiliate marketing links. All content on the Website is produced by or for ThinkTara Global and reflects the Company’s own services, values, and expertise. The Company does not accept payment from any third party to promote, recommend, or feature their products or services on the Website. Any mention of third-party tools or platforms reflects the Company’s own professional assessment, not a commercial arrangement. The Company does not use advertising networks, advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.

2. COMPANY OUTREACH AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

ThinkTara Global conducts its own outbound marketing activities to promote its services to business professionals. All such communications comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act 2003 (United States) — all commercial email includes accurate sender identification, a non-deceptive subject line, a physical postal address, and a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism;
  • ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (European Union) — electronic communications to EU recipients comply with applicable consent and opt-out requirements;
  • CASL (Canada) — communications to Canadian recipients are sent only where express or implied consent exists;
  • TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (India) — telemarketing and commercial SMS comply with DND registry requirements;
  • DPDP Act 2023 (India) — personal data used in outreach is processed lawfully and with an appropriate legal basis.

All outbound communication from the Company originates from official sales@thinktaraglobal.com email addresses or verified phone numbers. The Company does not use spoofed, masked, or deceptive sender identities.

3. LEAD GENERATION SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS

Where the Company provides Lead Generation Services to Clients, all outreach conducted on behalf of or in support of such Clients is governed by the applicable service agreement and complies with the same regulatory standards described in Clause 2. The Company does not facilitate spam, phishing, spoofing, or any communication that misrepresents the identity of the sender. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own use of delivered leads, data, and campaign outputs complies with applicable marketing laws in their jurisdiction.

4. OPT-OUT AND UNSUBSCRIBE

Any person who receives a commercial communication from ThinkTara Global and does not wish to receive further communications may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, sending a written request to sales@thinktaraglobal.com, or contacting us by phone. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. After opting out, the individual will no longer receive commercial marketing communications, although active Clients may continue to receive transactional or service-related communications.

5. CLAIMS AND REPRESENTATIONS IN MARKETING

All claims made by ThinkTara Global in its marketing materials, Website content, case studies, and outreach are made in good faith and based on the Company’s genuine service capabilities and experience. The Company does not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.

The Company’s case studies are based on real engagements, are presented in an anonymised, non-identifying form, and describe what was diagnosed and built. Because the Company designs and hands over revenue systems for Clients to execute, its case studies do not claim specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or conversion figures, and the Company does not guarantee specific financial results in any marketing material.

6. Paid Media

The Company does not purchase, place, or manage paid media advertising on behalf of consulting Clients. Paid media planning and execution is not part of the Company’s service offering. Where Lead Generation Services involve third-party platforms or channels, such activities are governed by the relevant service agreement and the third party’s own policies.

7. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING

If you believe you have received a communication from ThinkTara Global that is misleading, non-compliant, or unwanted, or if you believe someone is fraudulently impersonating the Company, please report it immediately to sales@thinktaraglobal.com. The Company will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within 10 business days. Where a breach of this Policy or applicable law is identified, the Company will take immediate corrective action.

8. Changes and Contact

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Company’s practices or applicable law, published on the Website with a revised effective date. For any questions regarding this Policy, contact sales@thinktaraglobal.com or write to ThinkTara Global Private Limited at the registered office address above.
